A passenger argues that he broke the law out of necessity, while another contemplates whether a sentence reduction is attractive enough for him to cooperate with the police. At the post office, a suitcase frame carries a mysterious substance that prompts agents to call upon chemical experts, who must use all their knowledge to determine if the substance is illegal or not.
