They work hard to fight drug trafficking and prevent illegal immigration. They also play a crucial role in rescuing individuals and animals at sea. A team of highly trained professionals, equipped with high-tech boats and helicopters, they protect the 8000 kilometers of the Spanish border. During the night, a call from a distressed mother alerts the Coastguard to a potential suicide attempt in a treacherous area. Aided by helicopters, a team intercepts drug traffickers carrying over 3 tons of hashish. Fishermen using illegal devices try to fish in protected waters and a German sailboat raises suspicion.
