(Air Crash Investigation: Season 23: Deadly Departure) Věda Revealing the dark truth that aviation safety improves one crash at a time, Air Crash Investigation investigates legendary aviation disasters to find out what went wrong and why. A DC-8 with only three working engines is being ferried from Kansas City to a maintenance facility for repairs. The crew attempts a three-engine take-off, but the plane veers off the runway and crashes, killing all three pilots. Investigators dig into the pilots’ training and discover that the simulator they trained on would have given them a fatal misunderstanding of the three-engine procedure. MN 12 (Canada)
