With a team of highly skilled test pilots and cutting-edge flight simulators, we figure out what could have been done differently and how to prevent similar situations in the future. Turkish Airlines Flight 1951 crashed less than a mile from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on February 25, 2009. The plane broke into three pieces, killing nine passengers and crew, including all three pilots. A faulty radio altimeter triggered the chain of errors leading to the crash.
